Hi, I'm Garrett, owner of Las Vegas Inspection Services.

For more than 25 years, I've worked in construction, estimating, project management, and home inspections. In that time, I've learned two things: every house has a story, and no house is perfect.

As a home inspector, my job isn't to scare people away from a home—it's to help them understand what they're buying. Whether it's your first home, your fifth investment property, or the place you plan to retire, I believe you deserve honest information, clear explanations, and no unnecessary drama.

My construction background helps me see beyond the cosmetic stuff. I spend my days crawling through attics, squeezing into tight spaces, testing systems, and finding the things most people would rather not think about until after closing. (You're welcome.)

When I'm not inspecting homes, you'll usually find me spending time with my family, serving at church, enjoying the outdoors, working on personal growth, or trying to convince everyone that winning board games is a legitimate life skill.
